Raw Materials Manager / Raw Materials Quality Manager
Location: Hampshire
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience

SRG is working with a leading personal care and skincare manufacturer in Hampshire who are looking for a Raw Materials Quality Manager to join them in a key leadership role across quality, the laboratory and incoming materials. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team and take ownership of compliance, supplier quality and operational performance across site. The role would suit candidates with 3+ years of recent industrial experience in a supervisory or management role within QC, QA, incoming materials or supplier quality, ideally within personal care, cosmetics, skincare, pharmaceuticals, or another highly regulated manufacturing environment.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8am – 4:30pm total of 37.5 hours a week
Role / Description
- Lead QA, QC and lab activities for incoming raw materials and packaging
- Support the day-to-day running of the QMS and ensure standards are followed
- Ensure incoming materials meet GMP, GDP and ISO standards
- Lead the quality, lab and raw materials teams, driving performance and improvement
- Oversee inspection, sampling, testing and release of incoming materials
- Work with suppliers and internal teams to resolve quality issues and improve compliance
- Support investigations into non-conformances, deviations and supplier issues
- Track KPIs and use data to drive continuous improvement

Requirements
- Experience in incoming materials, QC or supplier quality within regulated manufacturing
- Recent experience working to GMP, GDP and ISO standards
- Strong communication, problem-solving and leadership skills
- Full right to work in the UK – no sponsorship available
