RBC Brewin Dolphin - Third-Party Support Manager, Intermediaries (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Third-Party Support Manager – 12 Month Fixed-Term Contract

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Third-Party Support Manager to join our Intermediaries department—a fast-growing channel responsible for managing over £25bn in assets and driving innovation at RBC Brewin Dolphin.

As the Third-Party Support Manager, you will:

  • Collaborate with Head of Platforms and Provider Relationship Manager to deliver key business objectives
  • Bridge internal teams (Operations, Governance, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing) with external stakeholders (Adviser Platforms and third-party Product Providers)
  • Play a pivotal role in shaping a rapidly evolving market segment while contributing to ambitious growth targets

While experience with industry leaders such as AJ Bell, Aviva, Quilter, Aberdeen, Nucleus, or Scottish Widows is beneficial, we value transferable skills, a growth mindset, and a passion for client service above all.

This is a contract (fixed-term, 12 months) role. RBC expects all employees and contractors to work in-office with flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on individual working arrangements.

About the Intermediaries Department

The role is part of the Intermediaries teams, responsible for pioneering innovation and shaping the future of wealth and investment platforms.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
