RBC Brewin Dolphin - Third-Party Support Manager, Intermediaries (12 Month Fixed Term Contract)

Third-Party Support Manager – Intermediaries Department

Fixed Term Contract (12 months)

We are looking for a Third-Party Support Manager to join our Intermediaries department at RBC Brewin Dolphin.

Our Intermediaries team is a fast-growing channel managing over £25bn in assets, driving innovation across RBC Brewin Dolphin. This is an exciting opportunity to bridge internal teams and external stakeholders, shaping the future of third-party investment wrappers.

About the Role

We’re looking for a passionate self-starter who thrives in collaborative teams and loves delivering outstanding client service. If you enjoy building lasting relationships and driving business growth, this role is for you. We believe in unlocking potential—so if you’ve got transferable skills, a growth mindset, and the right attributes, RBC Brewin Dolphin can help you thrive.

This role is fixed term (12 months Flexible Term Contract), based across our London office network. Staff account will provide in-office working with up to 1 day per week flexibility for hybrid working (specific to working arrangements).

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams (Operations, Compliance, Risk, Legal, Finance, Marketing) to develop and refine a robust framework for governance and risk management within third-party investment wrappers.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and regulatory changes to drive agility, innovation, and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external platform providers and third-party product providers (who manage SIPPs and offshore bonds). Ideate and challenge the status quo while identifying growth opportunities.
  • Represent the team on key governance committees and share insights to unlock new sales and retail opportunities.
  • Partner with external providers to promote solutions such as Managed Portfolio Services (MPS), Discretionary Fund Management (DFM), and Voyager.
  • Assist in testing and refining platform-specific propositions to enhance competitive positioning.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
