About the Opportunity

At RBC Wealth Management Europe, we empower private clients—including professionals, entrepreneurs, charities, and inheritors—to achieve their financial aspirations through tailored investments, financial planning, trust and credit solutions, and expert banking advice.

We’re growing rapidly, and the RBC Brewin Dolphin business needs a Wealth Manager to lead client relationships across London and the South East. This role offers you the chance to deliver exceptional client outcomes while advancing your career in a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

As a Wealth Manager, you’ll:

  • Manage a dedicated client base with diverse financial planning needs, delivering personalised strategies and exceptional service.
  • Cultivate long-term client relationships through proactive engagement.
  • Expand revenue by identifying and securing new client opportunities, leveraging your expertise and networks.

Requirements

Must-Have

✔ Level 4 CII/CISI certification (passed FP & Advice papers). ✔ Progress made towards Level 6 CII or Chartered Wealth Manager (CISI Level 7)—preferred. ✔ Proven track record as a successful Wealth Manager/Financial Planner. ✔ Expertise in complex advice areas (tax, estate planning, financial strategy) with integrity and precision. ✔ Exceptional communication, market insight, and trust-building skills to be a client’s go-to advisor.
