About the Opportunity
At RBC Wealth Management Europe, we enable private clients—including professionals, entrepreneurs, charities, and heritage holders—to achieve their financial ambitions through bespoke investments, strategic financial planning, trust services, credit solutions, and banking expertise.
As part of our dynamic expansion, our RBC Brewin Dolphin business is seeking an experienced Wealth Manager to lead client relationships in the West of England. This role offers the chance to deliver outstanding client results while progressing your career in a collaborative and innovative environment.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing a dedicated client base with diverse financial planning needs
- Strengthening existing client relationships through proactive engagement and bespoke financial strategies
- Identifying and securing new client opportunities to drive revenue expansion

Driving Strategic Growth
- Expand client portfolios through strategic networking, referrals, and business development
- Contribute directly to team and individual revenue targets
- Champion RBC’s wealth proposition—investments, trust solutions, lending, and banking expertise
Operational Excellence
- Use digital tools and innovative processes to enhance efficiency and scalability
- Ensuring clients benefit from seamless, best-in-class advice
Required Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- Level 4 CII/CISI certification (with Financial Planning and Advice units) as minimum.
- Progress toward Level 6 CII or Chartered Wealth Manager (CISI Level 7) is preferred.
- Proven track record as a successful Wealth Manager/Financial Planner, demonstrating:
- Expertise in complex advice areas (e.g., tax, estate planning)
- Integrity, precision, and client-focused discretion
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build trust as a trusted financial advisor
