The Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and thrive as the person who keeps everything on track? We’re looking for an RCC Administrator to join our Regional Customer Centre (RCC), offering essential administrative support to our Asphalt business stream.

This is your chance to join a friendly, supportive team where your work directly impacts operations. You’ll play a pivotal role behind the scenes, ensuring seamless support for customers, commercial teams, and operational colleagues.

About the Role

As an RCC Administrator, you’ll deliver professional, customer-focused administration, supporting the day-to-day operations of the Asphalt business. Based at our Frome site (with a soon-to-be relocation to Shepton Mallet), you’ll collaborate across the RCC network and report to the Customer Fulfilment Manager.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide seamless post-sales administrative support to customers and internal teams.
  • Process financial and commercial transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist Asphalt commercial and operational teams with day-to-day administration.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and ensure data integrity.
  • Support reporting, documentation, and general office administration.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver an excellent customer experience.
  • Identify process improvements to boost efficiency and streamline operations.
