Job Title: R&D Laboratory Technician
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

About Us:
At Abbott Diabetes Care in Witney, we help people manage diabetes through innovative technology—like our FreeStyle Libre system. We’re growing and looking for enthusiastic individuals who are ready to start their career in a laboratory setting.
No degree needed—just a passion for science and a willingness to learn.
What You’ll Do:
- Support our Lab Teams: Work alongside experienced technicians to help keep our labs running smoothly.
- Keep Things Tidy and Ready: Clean and prepare lab equipment and materials for experiments.
- Stay Organised: Help with filing and storing important lab documents.
- Follow the Rules: Make sure everything is done safely and correctly.

What We’re Looking For:
- You’ve finished your GCSEs, especially in Maths and English.
- You’re interested in science and how things work.
- You’re organised, reliable, and keen to learn.
- Any experience in a lab or practical setting is a bonus—but not essential.
