About the Role

We are seeking a R&D Process Engineer (join our Science & Technology team) to pioneer new equipment manufacturing/material processes and drive engineering solutions for innovative product development projects.

Join a dynamic team tasked with:

  • Generating and exploring new or modified collagen/gel production equipment to unlock cutting-edge product solutions.
  • Prototyping and testing novel enhancements to improve product functionality and performance.
  • Designing and testing unique manufacturing/material processes that differentiate our offerings through:
    • Exclusive product advantages
    • Cost-efficient innovations
  • Collaborating with project management plans to align with strategic objectives.
  • Supporting specialists in:
    • Setting up/test new products/processes within the innovation pipeline.
    • Defining clear objectives for process validation.
  • Analyzing experimental data to optimize parameters and outcomes.

Drives process excellence while working alongside R&D, engineering, and operations teams.


About You

Skills

  • Advancement-level degree: Master’s or PhD (preferably in applicable fields).

Core Expertise

Adventure in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Food Technology, or Mechanical Engineering, with a focus on R&D and innovation.

Experience

  • 3+ years in process engineering, applying full mastery of design tools/methods to enable:
    • The development and implementation of engineering solutions.
    • Experience in collagen film manufacture is a *plorganizational complexity.
