R&D Systems & Lab Specialist (Remote)

Location: Remote (Work from Anywhere) Job Type: Contract Payout: $40–$60/hour


Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a R&D Systems & Lab Operations Specialist to work on a contract basis. This role focuses on managing and optimizing research and development systems and laboratory operations to support innovation and efficiency. Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining lab equipment
  • Ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate laboratory equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab operations and safety compliance
  • Coordinate with R&D teams to identify and resolve operational bottlenecks in lab workflows
  • Manage inventory of lab supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and availability
  • Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of lab instruments to meet quality standards
