RDF Operative
Grade: Ops Salary: £16.11 per hour Hours: 40 hours per week Location: Brent

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our operations run smoothly, contribute to environmental sustainability, and help us maintain a responsible, inclusive, and purpose-driven workplace.
Your Responsibilities

VehicleManagement:
- Booking in and out of vehicles
- Ensuring all paperwork is compliant

Safety & Compliance:
- Ensuring drivers have the correct PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) upon weighing in
- Reporting safety concerns
- Enforcing site rules during loading and tipping

Operational Tasks:
- Filling of tickets
- Loading of Bulkers
- Site housekeeping

Customer & Regulatory Engagement:
- Managing interactions with the customer service system (CMS)

About You
Essential Requirements:
- Computer-literate
- Familiarity with environmental permits
- Able to engage effectively with our Customer Management System (CMS)
Desirable Skills (Training Provided for Lacking Experience):
- Yellow Plant Operator Licence (not essential, as full training will be provided)
