About The Role
As a Skilled Worker at Brunelcare, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, short-term care to individuals transitioning from hospital to independent living. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing personalised support to clients within their own homes, helping them regain confidence and independence.
- Assessing client needs and promoting independent living through reablement goals.
- Assisting with daily activities, such as personal care (washing, dressing), food preparation and other essential tasks.
- Working in collaboration with healthcare teams to ensure safe and effective recovery.

About You
You’re the perfect fit if you:
- Have essential experience in supporting adults with diverse care needs.
- Are patient, empathetic, and passionate about delivering an exceptional service.
- Possess strong communication skills and a proactive, initiative-driven attitude.
- Are qualified in QCF Level 2 in Health and Social Care (or willing to undertake training with us).
- Have access to your own vehicle, as travel between clients is essential.
