REACH Compliance Programme Manager

Location: Lincoln
Contract Length: 12 Months
Hours: 37 Hours per Week (7.5 Hours per Day)
Rate: £30–£40 per hour (Negotiable)
IR35 Status: Outside IR35

Lead a Critical Regulatory Compliance Programme

Our client is seeking an experienced REACH Compliance Programme Manager to lead and coordinate a key regulatory compliance programme within a leading engineering and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the REACH programme across the business.
  • Develop and maintain programme plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple workstreams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with REACH regulations and associated business requirements.
  • Manage programme risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
  • Facilitate effective communication between engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, quality, and regulatory teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme delivery and compliance processes.
  • Support strategic decision-making through data analysis, reporting, and programme insights.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge or experience of REACH regulations and regulatory compliance programmes.
  • Experience within engineering, manufacturing, energy, industrial, aerospace, automotive, or similar regulated industries.
  • Experience working with supply chains, materials compliance, or product regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with change management and business transformation programmes.
  • Professional project or programme management qualifications (PRINCE2, MSP, PMP, APMP or equivalent).
  • Proven experience managing large-scale programmes or complex projects.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of programme governance, risk management, and reporting.
