Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Role

You'll be the operational backbone of the programme, managing casework, coordinating legal processes and ensuring homeowners move smoothly through each stage of their lease transition. This is a hands-on coordination role focused on execution, accuracy and process control rather than programme leadership.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate the end-to-end homeowner journey, from initial engagement through to legal completion
  • Act as the central link between internal teams, external solicitors, independent advisers and homeowners
  • Oversee the preparation, issue and tracking of legal documentation, ensuring quality and version control
  • Produce regular progress reports, pipeline updates and management information
  • Identify process improvements and help maintain standard operating procedures and templates

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Law, Business, Property or a related field
  • Paralegal or legal administration training preferred
  • Experience coordinating high-volume casework or transactional processes in a legal, conveyancing or property environment
  • Confident liaising with solicitors, advisers and clients through structured processes
