Job Title: REACH Programme Manager
Location: Lincoln Contract length: 12 months contract
Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently recruiting for a Package Repair Coordinator to join a World leader offering Products, Solutions and Services across the entire Energy value chain on behalf of a well established manufacturing organisation to play a key role in supporting Manufacturing Operations. You will shape a competitive, sustainable supply chain, partnering globally to drive productivity, quality, and digitalization.
As the Senior Programme Manager, you will take total ownership of a critical, stalled environmental initiative to bring turbine protective coatings into full REACH compliance , managing four distinct project branches and senior executive stakeholders while ensuring manufacturing operations and customer deliveries are never disrupted.
Some of the duties will include but are not limited to:
- Take full ownership of the overall REACH Compliance Programme to establish clear governance, meeting cadences, control systems, milestones, and decision-making pathways.
- Lead and coordinate the four primary branches of the programme (materials compliance, business continuity, regulations, and transformation), making sure all dependencies, risks, actions, and resources are visibly managed.
- Step into a complex initiative that has lost its momentum and actively revive it by injecting clarity, pace, accountability, and confidence across all internal and external teams.
- Ensure that all product modification and compliance plans are rolled out in a highly controlled manner that fully protects ongoing customer commitments and operational continuity.
- Constructively push back against delays, resistance, and competing internal priorities while successfully maintaining the confidence and alignment of senior stakeholders.
- Lead effective and professional communications with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders, ensuring all programme responses are robust and timely.
- Provide concise and transparent progress updates, risk assessments, escalations, and recovery action recommendations directly to the Managing Director and senior leadership.
- Develop strong, credible relationships across diverse technical, compliance, operational, commercial, and executive teams to secure long-term commitment to the programme's goals.

Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in senior programme management, ideally gained within a complex engineering, manufacturing, energy, aerospace, or alternative highly regulated sector.
- Demonstrable success managing large-scale portfolios or multi-workstream programmes defined by high degrees of compliance, technical, operational, and stakeholder complexity.
- A robust understanding of how to lead regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Practical experience delivering material, product, process, or compliance-related changes without disrupting ongoing operations or customer commitments.
- The ability to navigate senior leadership landscapes confidently, including communicating directly with Managing Directors to provide concise insights, robust challenges, and clear recommendations.
- A clear history of leading through ambiguity, successfully recovering stalled or challenged programmes, and establishing structure where priorities or governance are unclear.
- Strong relationship management capabilities, specifically the ability to influence and align senior technical experts, operational leaders, regulatory bodies, and demanding internal clients.
- A leadership profile built on resilience and strong judgment, meaning you are comfortable managing strong personalities, overcoming resistance, and holding stakeholders accountable under pressure.

Desirable Requirements:
- Direct REACH Experience: Having specific, hands-on experience working with REACH (Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals) regulatory frameworks and compliance programmes.
