Newstaff Employment Services is seeking a skilled Reach Truck Driver Ideally have the D2 License which is the 11meter reach truck license to join our night shift team in Hemel Hempstead. In this role, you will be responsible for operating reach trucks to efficiently move, stack, and organize materials within the warehouse during night hours. The ideal candidate will be safety-conscious, experienced in reach truck operation, and able to work independently during the night shift to support smooth warehouse operations. Responsibilities Operate reach trucks safely and efficiently during night shifts to move and stack materials within the warehouse. Load and unload goods as required, ensuring proper handling and placement. Maintain accurate records of stock movements and report any discrepancies. Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment and report any faults immediately. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to achieve operational targets. Valid reach truck operator certification and proven experience operating reach trucks. Previous night shift warehouse or logistics experience preferred. Strong understanding of health and safety protocols related to warehouse operations. Ability to work independently and maintain focus during night hours. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Negotiable on hourly rate £16 plus
