We are recruiting for experienced Reach Truck drivers to work 4 on 4 off night shifts at a busy distribution warehouse in Crewe.
You will be working 12hr shift 1800-0600 on a 4 on 4 off working pattern and be paid at an hourly rate of £16.38.
This role is a temporary to permanent role, where you will work via the agency for a minimum of 12 weeks and offered a full-time contract if you pass the probational 12 weeks.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Picking orders from pick lists and locating stock as and when required.
- Packing orders ready for dispatch.
- Dispatching goods to our customers.
- Completing all paperwork and documents as required.
- Receiving, checking, and storing products from suppliers in a manner so the Company is not liable for any damages.
- Report all shortages and damages found to the Team Leader immediately.
- Be aware of and adhere to the Company’s Health & Safety Policy, taking responsibility for the Health and Safety and welfare of yourself and others.
- Ensuring work areas are kept in a safe, clean, and tidy manner.
- Warehouse duties; checking stock, goods, and location controlling, picking, and handballing.
