About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly skilled React JavaScript Developer to join our client's dynamic team on a permanent basis. This role offers the flexibility of remote working, with occasional meet-ups in London, making it ideal for professionals seeking a balance between work and personal life. As a React JavaScript Developer, you will play a key role in developing and enhancing AI-powered software solutions that leverage advanced workflow automation and AI orchestration. Your expertise will contribute to creating scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications that deliver significant value to clients. The ideal candidate will have a passion for innovative technology, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a React JavaScript Developer, with proficiency in Node.js and ES6+ features.
- Proven experience working with workflow automation, AI orchestration, or large language model (LLM)-based application development.
- Strong understanding of event-driven architectures, particularly using AWS SQS and Kafka.
- Experience in integrating and managing RESTful APIs and microservices within complex web applications.
- Hands-on experience embedding third-party SDKs into web applications, including custom styling and workflow integration.
- Proficiency with Amazon Web Services (AWS), including API Gateway, Lambda, SQS, RDS, and related services.
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control systems such as Git, and containerization tools like Docker.
- Understanding of secure coding practices, performance optimization, and scalable architecture design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a remote-first team environment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable React web applications integrated with AI and workflow automation features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, product managers, and backend developers, to deliver innovative solutions.
- Design, implement, and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices to support application functionalities.
- Embed third-party SDKs into web applications, ensuring seamless workflow integration and custom styling.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Implement security measures and performance enhancements to ensure robust and efficient applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes, including CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies related to React, AI, and cloud services.
