We are seeking a UI Developer to join a Fixed Income / Credit Trading Technology team at a leading investment bank in London.
This role is aligned directly with the front office and focuses on building and enhancing high-performance user interfaces used by credit and fixed income traders. You will contribute to the delivery of modern, responsive trading tools, working closely with traders, quants, and backend engineers to support real-time decision-making and risk management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable UI applications for fixed income and credit trading desks
- Build real-time, data-heavy interfaces using modern front-end technologies
- Partner with traders to translate trading workflows into intuitive user experiences
- Collaborate with backend teams on API design and performance optimisation
- Contribute to architectural decisions and UI standards across the platform

Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong commercial experience with TypeScript, React, and modern JavaScript
- Proven background building data-intensive, low-latency UI applications
- Experience with AG Grid, complex tables, charting, and data visualisation
- Solid understanding of UI performance, state management, and component design
- Experience working in a front-office or trading technology environment
- Must have experience around system design
- Must have experience working in a trading environment ideally within Fixed Income, Credit or Rates.
- Experience integrating real-time data feeds (e.g. WebSockets, streaming APIs)
