We are looking for a Reactive Maintenance Scheduler to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham.

What’s involved in the Reactive Maintenance Scheduler role?

Plan daily work schedules using our dynamic scheduling system, ensuring a first class experience for our residents through timely and efficient coordination. Own the scheduling process from start to finish, considering priority, location and time while managing risks that could impact KPIs. Act as the first point of contact for customers and operatives, offering support via phone and email to help achieve first time fix resolutions. Ensure accuracy and compliance by maintaining clear and detailed notes for each task on the system. Contribute to contract performance by producing daily KPI reports that reflect the success of our service delivery.

What could you bring to the Reactive Maintenance Scheduler role?

Previous experience in planning and scheduling within repairs and maintenance. You’re driven, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast paced, reactive environment, with strong IT and analytical skills, along with the ability to follow processes and quickly adapt to new systems. This could be the perfect fit for you!
