We get that work needs to be fun - but never distracting. We get that transparency, communication, and opportunities for growth matter. And the free snacks don't hurt either. We get that smart, motivated individuals want to be around other smart, motivated individuals who take pride in what they do. Think you have what it takes? That’s fantastic. Apply and lets talk.
Primary Responsibilities
- Be among the best at what you do and willing to work with a team who challenges you to excel.
- You’re all about the team, equally comfortable guiding Technicians to meet goals as you are getting your hands dirty.
- You’ll be responsible for keeping coherent sales and cost records per each vehicle and will always find ways to improve paperwork flow.
- You will own responsibility in building and maintaining intuitive, lasting, and memorable customer relationships.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
