What You'll Do

  • Dive into property listings, gathering all the details needed for successful appointments.
  • Be the maestro of scheduling, using high-tech tools to coordinate property viewings with finesse.
  • Keep our transactions running smoothly, from price reductions to contract extensions, you'll handle it all.
  • Delight our clients with thoughtful closing gifts and engage with them on social media platforms like Realtor, Zillow, and more.
  • Get creative with marketing materials using Canva, making sure our listings stand out from the crowd.
  • Keep the team members’ schedules organized and keep our inventory and supplies well-stocked, ensuring nothing slows down our hustle.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by representing us at local events when requested, embodying professionalism, expertise, and enthusiasm to effectively promote our brand and values within the community.
  • Take ownership of minor details and tasks essential to the smooth operation of the company, including but not limited to preparing for client meetings, organizing company events, and running errands, demonstrating a proactive and meticulous approach to ensure all aspects of operations are executed efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide invaluable support to real estate agents by assisting in the preparation for open houses, including coordinating logistics, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring properties are presented in their best light, contributing to successful client interactions and ultimately enhancing our reputation for excellence in service.

What You Bring To The Team

  • A passion for real estate, enthusiastic energy, and a knack for staying organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Social media savvy with a keen eye for design tools like Canva.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a client-centric mindset.
  • The ability to juggle multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in real estate administration or related fields is a plus!
  • Strong proficiency in administrative tasks and software applications such as Office 365, social media, and marketing platforms.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving responsibilities and business needs…each day presents something different!
