Role Description

This is a remote role for a Real Estate Agent at Invest Oasis. The Real Estate Agent will manage a portfolio of properties within the supported living and social housing sectors, guiding transactions from initial inquiry through completion. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

  • Conducting virtual viewings
  • Advising property owners on market conditions

The role involves:

The Real Estate Agent will also build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partner organizations, ensuring high standards of service and compliance with relevant regulations.

Qualifications

  • Candidates should possess a valid strong understanding of real estate regulations and compliance.
  • Candidates should possess Real Estate and Real Property knowledge, including valuation, contracts, and transaction processes.
  • Candidates should possess Sales and negotiation skills to manage leads, close deals, and meet performance targets.
  • Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to communicate effectively, respond promptly, and build trust with clients and partners.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Experience in social housing, supported living, or impact-driven property sectors is an advantage.
