About the Role
A commission-only role within our top 4 agency (ranked alongside Ellington Properties) in the UAE. This opportunity offers candidates the possibility to thrive in Dubai’s competitive yet rewarding property market.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conducting market research to stay ahead of emerging trends
- Guiding clients with pricing and marketing strategies
- Facilitating property showings and conducting viewings
- Leading seamless transactions and negotiation

Requirements
To be considered, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a minimum of 1 year of sales or customer service experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Be financially driven ("money hungry")
- Have a valid driving license
- Exhibit a professional attitude
- Prove financial stability for at least 4–6 months
