Real Estate Analyst / Associate
Real Estate Analyst / Associate London £65,000 - £85,000 (depending on experience)
An established and growing real estate investment firm is seeking a Real Estate Analyst / Associate to join their investment team. This role offers the opportunity to work across acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy within a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment. The successful candidate will support the evaluation and execution of property investments, financial modelling, and market analysis across a range of real estate sectors.

Key Responsibilities Build and maintain detailed financial models for potential acquisitions and existing assets Conduct market research, investment analysis, and due diligence on potential opportunities Assist with underwriting, valuation analysis, and investment committee materials Support transaction processes including financial analysis and coordination with advisors Monitor portfolio performance and prepare asset management reports Contribute to investment strategy through market insights and sector analysis

Requirements 1–5 years of experience in real estate investment, advisory, valuation, or a related field Strong financial modelling and analytical skills Proficiency in Excel and financial modelling; familiarity with Argus is beneficial Solid understanding of real estate markets and investment metrics Strong communication and presentation skills Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline preferred but not essential
