Real Estate Analyst Intern

Location: London
Duration: September 2026 – November 2026 (3 months)
Type: Full-time Internship

About Oxygen Asset Management

Oxygen Asset Management is a niche London-based real estate investment and asset management business focused on creating value through active asset management, development, and investment strategies across the Central London commercial property market. The business has approximately £3.3bn of assets under management.

We work closely with investors, occupiers, consultants, and development partners to identify opportunities and deliver best-in-class real estate projects.

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and diligent Real Estate Analyst Intern to join our team for a three-month internship from September 2026 to November 2026.

This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate looking to gain hands-on exposure to commercial real estate investment. The successful candidate will work closely with senior members of the team and gain experience across a range of live projects and transactions.

Key Responsibilities

The role will involve supporting the investment and asset management teams with:

  • Financial modelling and investment analysis.
  • Reviewing investment opportunities and preparing acquisition summaries.
  • Preparing investment committee papers and client presentations.
  • Gathering and analysing property, market and economic data.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Strong academic credentials with a Real Estate degree.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel with the ability to build their own models for development and investment opportunities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work within a collaborative team.
