About the Opportunity
A leading global alternative asset manager — over US$1 trillion AUM, with one of the largest real estate platforms in the world (c.$268bn) — is hiring an Associate for its European Real Estate team, focused on logistics asset management across Spain and Italy. You'll work directly on institutional-grade logistics assets held within the firm's opportunistic real estate funds, supporting major investment, divestment and financing decisions across a growing Iberian and Italian portfolio.

What You'll Do
- Support strategic decision-making, investment activity and reporting across the logistics portfolio, including lease documentation, forecasts and budget reports
- Conduct market research on property trends and investment opportunities, and prepare performance reporting for stakeholders
- Liaise with external property and leasing managers on day-to-day operations and tenant relations
- Prepare investor reporting packages, board meeting materials, and support transaction due diligence
- Maintain asset management databases and support new process, H&S and ESG initiatives

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration or related field; RICS (or working towards) a bonus
- 2–4 years' experience in asset management/real estate preferred but not required
- Strong Spanish and/or Italian real estate market knowledge
- Fluent English and Spanish and/or Italian (essential)
- Strong communication and organisational skills; proactive team player; proficient in Microsoft Office
