Real Estate Associate / Senior Associate | Birmingham City Centre | Legal 500 Law Firm

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Real Estate Associate or Senior Associate to join a highly regarded Legal 500 law firm in Birmingham city centre.

The Role
You'll advise a diverse client base, including owner-managed businesses, investors and developers, across a wide range of commercial property matters, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Lease negotiations
- Development work
- Real estate finance and refinancing
- Property support on corporate transactions
