Real Estate Associate (3 PQE +) London
A Top 100 UK City law firm in London are actively looking to recruit two Associates into its established commercial real estate department.
L500 ranked, this law firm have a core strength in Real Estate.
Your caseload will cover advising on:
- L&T transactions
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Developments/projects
- Estate and portfolio management
- Wayleaves

The salary range for this role is c. £75,000-£95,000.
Billing targets 1500. Hybrid working policy 3:2.
NB – Although this firm are happy to consider generalist Real Estate Lawyers, this is a sector focused role (specifically within Telecoms). While you do not need a background in that sector you must be open to specialising. This is not a sector agnostic role.

Experience required
- Be a UK qualified Solicitor with at least 3 PQE in commercial property/real estate
NB
- Lawyers with 2 PQE + may be considered
- AUS/NZ qualified Lawyers may also be considered, provided you’re able to commit to 2 years in the UK
