Associate / Senior Associate – Real Estate (3–6 PQE)

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a 3–6 PQE Associate or Senior Associate to join a leading Commercial Real Estate team. The work will involve a broad mix of matters including:
- Handling asset management, sales and acquisitions, financing, and complex agreements for lease relating to a range of property sectors (retail, hospitality, office, industrial).
- Advising on matters involving prominent Central London estates and mixed-use historic estates, including headleases, property rights and rights of light.
- Acting on behalf of UK and international occupiers in a variety of industries (film, television, retail, finance, media, and professional services) on lease negotiations, HQ relocations, disposals, refurbishments, and portfolio management.
- Working closely with top-tier clients, including blue-chip asset managers, iconic London estates, and high-profile occupiers across sectors.
- Collaborating with colleagues in construction, tax, and planning to provide full-service solutions to clients.

What They’re Looking For
- 3–6 years’ PQE in commercial real estate from a leading City or strong regional firm
- Solid experience in landlord and tenant matters, real estate due diligence and transactional work
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively within a partner-led team and manage multiple transactions
- A motivated individual with a commercial mindset and strong client-facing skills
