Are you ambitious, driven, and ready to take control of your earning potential? Allsopp & Allsopp Real Estate is looking for motivated individuals to join our UK-trained team in Dubai as a Lettings or Sales Agent.

No prior real estate or sales experience? No problem. What matters most is your attitude, determination, and hunger to succeed. We’ll give you the skills, training, and support to become one of Dubai’s top-performing agents.

What You’ll Do: Source and engage buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. Conduct property viewings and advise clients on homes, communities, and market trends. Negotiate sales and rental deals to deliver the best outcomes. Build lasting relationships through clear, consistent communication. Stay ahead of Dubai market trends and pricing. Grow your personal brand and professional network within the real estate community.

Who We’re Looking For: Ambitious individuals with a strong work ethic and results-driven mindset. Confident communicators who can build relationships with ease. Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a commission-based role. Team players who can also work independently. Valid driving licence. Comfortable working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Fluent in English.
