Job Title: Real Estate Assistant (initial 9 month contract)
Location: Newcastle-under-Lyme
Reports To: Group Real Estate Manager

Job Purpose
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrative professional to join our Real Estate team, on an initial 9 month contract. Reporting to the Group Real Estate Manager, the main purpose of the role is to oversee European operational requirements and manage the relationships with external suppliers, allowing Teammates to focus on their core roles.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
The job holder must be competent to complete the following tasks:
- Request, update & maintain records for Real Estate, Facilities, Health and Safety
- Maintaining the Property Terrier updating key information from locations & suppliers
- Assisting with gathering of information for office moves & acquisitions
- Act as first point of contact for any Real Estate issues arising
- Logging of reactive calls for maintenance of Real Estate Portfolio
- Issue PO numbers for approved works & liaise with 3rd party suppliers
- Support the Group Real Estate Manager & Group Real Estate Officer in delivering a consistent and efficient service across the group

Essential Criteria
- Attention to detail
- Previous administration experience
- Good communication skills
- Good organisational skills
- Good judgment and discretion with confidential information
- Must exhibit a high degree of motivation, sense of urgency and professional demeanour
- A high level of IT skills with experience of Microsoft packages
- Professional attitude and commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Uphold the company’s mission statement and values at all times
- Hold a current UK driving licence
