Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (2–6 PQE)
Birmingham | Hybrid Working
Salary: £63,000–£78,000 + Bonus & Excellent Benefits
I am currently working with an international law firm that is looking to appoint a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (2–6 PQE) to join its highly regarded Birmingham team.
This is an excellent opportunity to work closely with leading Senior Associates and Partners on a broad range of high-quality real estate disputes across the Midlands and wider UK, acting for large national businesses, developers, investors, and public sector clients.
The role will involve advising on a variety of matters, including:
- Commercial portfolio and development-related disputes
- Strategic advice for landowners, developers, and local authorities
- Commercial landlord and tenant matters, including 1954 Act matters, alienation, break rights, and dilapidations
- Property contract disputes
- Property-related insolvency matters, including real property and landlord and tenant issues
- Real property disputes, including rights of way, adverse possession, and restrictive covenants
