Real Estate Disputes Solicitor (NQ - 5 PQE)

Birmingham or Manchester | Hybrid Working | International Law Firm

A leading international law firm is looking to appoint a Property Litigation Solicitor (NQ-5 PQE) to join its highly regarded Real Estate Disputes team in Birmingham.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established practice acting for a diverse client base, including national and international businesses, investors, developers, landlords and occupiers. You'll work alongside experienced specialists on a broad range of high-quality commercial property disputes, with excellent support and clear opportunities for progression.

The Role

You'll advise on a varied caseload of commercial property disputes, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant matters
  • Lease renewals and lease termination issues
  • Dilapidations and covenant disputes
  • Boundary, easement and rights of way disputes
  • Possession claims and landlord remedies
  • Property-related litigation and alternative dispute resolution

About You

This opportunity would suit a qualified solicitor between NQ and 5 years' PQE with experience in Property Litigation or Commercial Real Estate Disputes. You'll ideally have:

  • Experience handling a broad range of commercial property disputes.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills.
  • A commercial, pragmatic approach to client service.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • A genuine desire to develop your career within a supportive, international practice.
