Fram is working with a growing property finance business who are looking to engage with an experienced real estate finance professional to support the continued expansion of its lending activity. The business operates within a commercially driven environment where decisions are made quickly, experienced people are trusted, and good opportunities are backed.
About the Role
The role centres on originating and delivering commercial real estate finance transactions. You'll be responsible for developing relationships with borrowers and introducers, structuring facilities, assessing credit risk, and managing transactions through to completion. The emphasis is on getting quality deals done rather than navigating unnecessary internal process.

Key Responsibilities
- Developing Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with borrowers and introducers.
- Structuring Facilities: Create and manage financial facilities.
- Assessing Credit Risk: Evaluate the creditworthiness of potential borrowers.
- Managing Transactions: Oversee transactions from initiation to completion.
Ideal Candidate
The firm is particularly interested in individuals who have established relationships across the commercial real estate market and enjoy winning new business.
