Our client, a leading International firm, is looking for a Real Estate Finance lawyer to join their highly ranked Banking practice in London. The team act for lenders and borrowers on a variety of corporate lending transactions, including large investment grade loans provided by international bank syndicates, secured domestic and cross-border term and revolving facilities, acquisition financings (including public to privates), and other cashflow-based loans.

- At least 3 years PQE
- Experience in running transactions of the type described above, including club and syndicated transactions.
- A good understanding of LMA-style documentation, including facility agreements and intercreditor agreements.
- A good understanding of cashflow-based financial covenants.

To be considered, you will be a qualified lawyer in England and Wales with mid-level experience in Real Estate Finance gained at a leading law firm. Strong academic credentials, excellent technical skills, and a commercial approach are essential.
