An opportunity has arisen for a senior associate to join this highly acclaimed Real Estate Finance team. The work will include highly complex and high value financing and a wide range of structures for complex real estate assets. The successful candidate will have upwards of 4-5 PQE as a REF Associate. Your must have substantial experience and be confident in supporting £Billion financings ; you will have responsibility for drafting the full range of complex documentation and deep sector knowledge to provide legal advice in a commercial context. Clients will be domestic and international and include banks, RE investment managers and asset managers. The team is led by a number of high profile and industry recognised REF partners. It is a superb platform to enjoy brilliant work, an immensely nurturing environment and dynamic law firm.
