We are working with a well-regarded and established law firm who are looking to recruit a Real Estate Finance Paralegal to join their busy property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to gain exposure to a broad range of high-quality real estate matters within a supportive environment.
The successful candidate will work closely with fee earners, supporting on a variety of residential and real estate finance transactions, with genuine scope to develop their skills and progress their career.

Typical duties for the role will include:
- Assisting with a range of property transactions including freehold, leasehold, new builds, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
- Supporting fee earners through exchange and completion.
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
- Submitting HM Land Registry applications and dealing with requisitions.
- Handling leasehold post-completion requirements.
- Completing Companies House submissions.
- Liaising with clients, agents and solicitors to handle general enquiries.
- Opening and closing files in accordance with firm procedures.
- Assisting with AML and compliance requirements.
The successful candidate will have:

- A minimum of 12 months’ experience as a Property Paralegal.
- Experience handling SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications.
- A strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach.
- The ability to manage a busy and varied workload.
