Responsibilities
The successful candidate will assist a partner and the broader team across:
- Preparing and reviewing transaction documents
- Conducting title due diligence
- Managing conditions precedent
- Handling searches and Land Registry matters
- Liaising with clients and external parties
- Ensuring timely progress toward completion
- Providing broader support in bustling property finance transactions
Ideal traits for this role include:

Requirements
While previous paralegal experience in areas such as:
- Real estate
- Residential or commercial conveyancing
