A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join the Leeds office of a leading national law firm with a nationally recognised real estate finance practice.
This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a growing team advising on sophisticated national and international finance transactions for an impressive client base. Working alongside recognised specialists, you will play a key role in delivering strategic advice on high-value matters while enjoying genuine opportunities for career progression within a collaborative and supportive environment.
The Role
As a senior member of the team, you will advise a broad range of banks, financial institutions, investment funds, corporate borrowers and institutional clients on a wide variety of real estate finance matters.
Your work will include:
- Advising on complex real estate finance transactions for both lenders and borrowers.
- Managing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Working closely with partners on high-value and cross-border matters.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Supporting the continued growth and success of the real estate finance practice through business development and networking activities.
- Collaborating with colleagues across banking, real estate and other specialist teams on multi-disciplinary transactions.

The Candidate
Applications are invited from Solicitors with 8+ years' PQE who can demonstrate:
- Extensive experience in Real Estate Finance gained within a recognised commercial law firm.
- A strong track record advising on lender and borrower transactions.
- Excellent technical expertise combined with commercial awareness.
- Confidence managing complex matters independently while working collaboratively as part of a wider team.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and practice growth.
- The ambition to play a key role within a nationally recognised team.
