An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded team acting on a broad range of lender and borrower transactions. The Role
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established Real Estate Finance team advising a diverse client base, including mainstream banks, challenger banks, bridging finance providers, peer-to-peer lenders and borrowers. You'll be involved in a varied caseload covering acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing and secured lending transactions, working alongside experienced specialists on complex and high-value matters. Alongside managing your own files, you'll have the opportunity to strengthen client relationships, contribute to business development initiatives and work closely with colleagues across the wider real estate practice.

The Candidate
Applications are sought from Solicitors with between 2 and 5 years PQE who have experience in real estate finance or have gained exposure to finance work as part of a broader commercial property role. You will be technically strong with excellent drafting skills and capable of managing your own workload with minimal supervision. A commercial approach, strong attention to detail and the ability to develop lasting client relationships are essential. You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team and be keen to play an active role in the continued growth of the practice.
