An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join the Cambridge office of a highly regarded national law firm with a market-leading Real Estate Finance practice.
This is an exciting chance to become part of a nationally recognised team advising on UK and international finance transactions for an impressive portfolio of clients. Working alongside leading specialists in the field, you'll play a key role in delivering strategic, commercial advice on high-value matters while benefiting from genuine opportunities for career progression within a collaborative and supportive environment.
THE ROLE
As a senior member of the team, you will advise an established client base that includes banks, financial institutions, investment funds, corporate borrowers and institutional investors on a broad range of real estate finance matters.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Advising lenders and borrowers on complex real estate finance transactions.
- Managing transactions from initial instruction through to completion.
- Working closely with partners on high-value, multi-jurisdictional and cross-border matters.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.
- Contributing to business development initiatives and helping to drive the continued growth of the Real Estate Finance practice.
- Collaborating with colleagues across Banking, Real Estate and other specialist teams to deliver seamless, multi-disciplinary advice.

THE CANDIDATE
Applications are welcomed from Solicitors with 8+ years PQE who can demonstrate:
- Significant Real Estate Finance experience gained within a recognised commercial law firm.
- A strong track record advising both lenders and borrowers.
- Excellent technical ability combined with strong commercial awareness.
- The confidence to manage complex matters independently while working effectively within a collaborative team.
- Outstanding communication and client relationship management skills.
- A proactive approach to business development and growing client relationships.
- The ambition to play a significant role within a nationally recognised and expanding team.
