Real Estate Finance Solicitor

PQE: 4+ PQE

LOCATION: Manchester

SALARY: GBP 60,000 - GBP 80,000

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Solicitor to join a growing real estate team handling a broad range of commercial transactions. In essence, this role involves acting on a range of real estate finance transactions for lenders, assisting on larger, complex deals, and managing a smaller, independent caseload. You will draft facility agreements, security documents, and ancillary documentation whilst simultaneously supervising junior team members. Contributing to business development is also key to this role.

The Candidate

This firm is seeking applications from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years PQE as well as a strong technical ability in real estate finance, commercial property, and landlord/tenant transactions. The successful candidate will exhibit a proactive approach, a willingness to learn, and demonstrate leadership qualities.
