LOCATION: Birmingham

SALARY: GBP DOE


The Role

An outstanding opportunity for a Real Estate Finance Solicitor to join a highly regarded team and handle complex real estate finance related matters on behalf of a diverse client base. You will be working closely with the head of department and joining at an exciting time of growth for the team. As the appointed Senior Real Estate Finance Solicitor, you will be advising banks, funds, corporate and institutional clients on a range of financing transactions both international and national.

The Candidate

The successful Real Estate Finance Solicitor will have at least 8 years PQE in handling their own caseload of matters with a focus on real estate finance matters. Ideally, you will have experience in leading on transactions from the lender and borrower side. Applications are welcomed from individuals with a strong background in banking and finance, with strong expertise gained in real estate matters. You will be a strong business developer and possess the ability to contribute to the ongoing success of a market-leading practice.
