Location: London Salary: £55,000 - £70,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established yet growing firm that can offer fast career development opportunities.
Our client, a medium-sized, highly regarded Chambers-listed practice, is now seeking a talented Property Finance Solicitor to join their Legal 500 ranked Real Estate Finance team at their London offices. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic and growing firm, advising lenders, investors, and developers on a wide range of real estate finance transactions.
About the Role
The successful candidate will:
- Manage their own caseload while also assisting on complex, high-value matters, including:
- Secured lending
- Property portfolio finance
- Development finance
- Refinancing arrangements
- Work closely with clients, including banks, bridging lenders, specialist lenders, and private investors, providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2+ years’ post-qualification experience (PQE)
- Solid experience in real estate finance, with strong technical skills
- A thorough understanding of property security, due diligence, and loan documentation
- Confidence in client and counterpart solicitor liaison
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong collaboration abilities
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
