About our client
Our client is a leading UK institutional investment platform managing a large, diversified portfolio on behalf of long-term institutional investors. As the team continues to grow, they are looking to add an Analyst to support investment activities across their real estate platform.

- Support portfolio management and investment reporting
- Assist with underwriting funds, co-investments and direct assets
- Analyse financial models and due diligence findings
- Work closely with investment teams, managers and advisers

Who we are looking for
- Experience in real estate, investment management, advisory or a related field
- Exposure to investment underwriting, portfolio monitoring or financial modelling
- Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive mindset and a genuine interest in real estate investing
