Real Estate Litigation Associate Solicitor – Birmingham – Competitive Salary + Bonus + Benefits
A highly regarded, top-tier law firm is seeking a Real Estate Litigation Associate Solicitor to join its growing Birmingham office as part of a strategic expansion within its Disputes practice. You’ll play a key role in a well-established team, handling a broad mix of real estate disputes while benefiting from strong support, exposure to complex matters, and clear routes for career development.
The Role:
- Managing a varied caseload of Real Estate Litigation matters, including landlord & tenant and property disputes
- Advising clients on development-related disputes and strategic real estate matters
- Handling matters from instruction through to resolution, including litigation and ADR
- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, and legal documentation across Real Estate Litigation cases
- Providing commercially focused, pragmatic advice to a diverse client base
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Attending client meetings, negotiations, and court hearings, with advocacy opportunities
- Supporting business development and contributing to the growth of the Birmingham team

The Candidate:
- A Real Estate Litigation Solicitor operating from circa 1+ years’ PQE (Associate) through to Principal Associate level
- Strong technical expertise across Real Estate Litigation and property disputes
- Experience gained within a reputable regional or national firm, ideally within the West Midlands market
- A solid grounding in traditional property / real estate litigation matters
- Commercially aware, with strong client-handling and communication skills
- Ambitious and motivated, with an interest in business development and contributing to team growth
