Location: Cheadle, Reading or Crawley (with UK Wide Travel)

What you’ll be doing
- Leading capital projects from early scoping to handover
- Managing budgets with transparency and confidence
- Engaging stakeholders and ensuring every voice is heard
- Championing compliance across CDM, H&S and Chorus II
- Supporting bids and business cases as a trusted SME
- Driving continuous improvement in how we deliver projects
- Overseeing small works and maintaining a “no surprises” culture
What you’ll bring
- Experience delivering major construction or fit-out projects
- A calm, inclusive leadership style that builds trust
- Strong organisational skills and confidence with Microsoft Project
- A recognised project management qualification (e.g., IPMA)
- The ability to influence, challenge and collaborate with a wide range of people
- A proactive, self-driven approach with a focus on clarity and communication
