Role Description
The Real Estate Rental Agent is a full-time, on-site role based in Leeds. This role involves managing rental listings, conducting property viewings, and liaising with prospective tenants and landlords throughout the tenancy process. The Rental Agent will handle inquiries, support application and screening processes, prepare and review tenancy agreements, and coordinate move-ins and move-outs. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate property records, monitoring rental payments and renewals, and addressing tenant requests in collaboration with the property management team. The role also requires regular local travel to properties, compliance with relevant housing regulations, and proactive communication to maintain strong landlord and tenant relationships.

- Candidates should possess skills in Property Management and Estate Agents work, including handling rental listings, tenancy administration, and portfolio coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in Landlord/Tenant Matters, including understanding tenancy rights, obligations, and dispute resolution best practices.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to interact professionally with landlords, tenants, and partners.
- Relevant experience in residential lettings, real estate, or housing services is beneficial.
- Knowledge of local Leeds rental market and UK housing regulations is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records using digital tools.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solutions-focused approach.
- A valid driving license and access to transport for local property visits is beneficial.
