Lettings Agent / Property Manager

Company: BTC Lettings Midlands Ltd

Location: Coventry and surrounding areas

Job Type: Full-time

BTC Lettings Midlands is looking for a confident, organised, and proactive Lettings Agent / Property Manager to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be involved in the day-to-day management of our residential property portfolio and will act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
  • Carrying out routine property inspections
  • Completing tenant check-ins and check-outs
  • Meeting new and existing landlords
  • Managing landlord and tenant enquiries
  • Coordinating property maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with contractors and arranging access to properties
  • Preparing properties for new tenancies
  • Monitoring rent payments and following up on arrears
  • Ensuring property and tenancy records are kept accurate and up to date
  • Supporting the lettings process from initial enquiry through to move-in
  • Helping to maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Assisting with general office and property management duties

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience within lettings, estate agency, or property management is preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Confident dealing with landlords, tenants, and contractors
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple properties and tasks at the same time
  • Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Good administrative and computer skills
  • Knowledge of the Coventry and wider Midlands property market would be beneficial

Requirements

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Access to a vehicle
  • Flexibility to attend viewings, inspections, and appointments
  • A professional and presentable manner
