The Role

No two days are the same. You'll become the face of the business for landlords and tenants alike, delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to move-in.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Registering and qualifying applicants
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Matching applicants with suitable properties
  • Negotiating tenancy agreements
  • Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Generating new business opportunities
  • Managing offers and progressing lets
  • Keeping clients updated throughout the lettings journey
  • Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
  • Working closely with the wider property management and sales teams

About You

You'll ideally already have experience within residential lettings or estate agency and enjoy working towards targets in a customer-focused environment.
