The Role
No two days are the same. You'll become the face of the business for landlords and tenants alike, delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to move-in.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Registering and qualifying applicants
- Conducting property viewings
- Matching applicants with suitable properties
- Negotiating tenancy agreements
- Building lasting relationships with landlords and tenants
- Generating new business opportunities
- Managing offers and progressing lets
- Keeping clients updated throughout the lettings journey
- Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
- Working closely with the wider property management and sales teams
About You
You'll ideally already have experience within residential lettings or estate agency and enjoy working towards targets in a customer-focused environment.
